This agency enforces the North Carolina Building Code, which was adopted by the North Carolina Building Code Council.

Inspections MUST be called in the day before by 3 pm. Spring Creek, Hot Springs, Big Laurel, and Shelton Laurel inspections are still performed on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
