RFP- Madison County Sheriff's Office Jail Pod Renovation
Madison County is currently in the process of construction, design, and planning for the future Public Service Complex. County staff members who are engaged in planning and design for the facility are seeking citizen input. You are encouraged to submit any written comment that you may have regarding the facility via email to [email protected] by July 31, 2026.
As support for this project, Madison County has received several state appropriations in the amounts of $2,680,702.33 (a portion of the appropriation in S.L. 2021-180), $20,000,000 (S.L. 2025-26), and $27,000,000 (S.L. 2026-41). To further support the project, the County is also applying for CDBG-DR grant funding in the amount of $10,000,000.
